I got in contact via their website about getting a bespoke engagement ring made. I received a swift reply from Declan who guided me through the whole process with patience and a high level of professionalism throughout. The ring turned out absolutely perfect and the level of customer service I received was incredible. Really can't recommend them enough.

Great shopping experience today at Finnies. Messaged them yesterday about an out of stock item, and they promptly replied. Stock was located and I was updated with its arrival. Went in today to collect the watch and have it sized and everyone there was so cheery and helpful. Particular thanks to Jason and Cameron for all their help. Very much appreciated.

We recently walked into finnies to buy our wedding rings . We were immediately attended to by a young gentleman who was very very helpful and informative, took alot of time to help me choose and answered all of my questions. Same with my partner. We both left feeling we had chosen the perfect rings. Great price range to suit most budgets .

Took a ring to be re shaped, and was scoffed at by the man at the repair counter. Told the ring was plated not real gold as it was too bright. Told to go to another shop "you know where primark is?". It's from a gold souk in Dubai of course the gold is yellow. No need to try and embarass a customer. I had previously loved this shop as my mother got her engagement ring from here, but will never go back.
